Register your Pack 809 Cub Scouts now! Dues include a one-year subscription to Boys' Life magazine. Enter the number of Cub Scouts you are registering in "Quantity" and then press "Register Now."

If you are registering more than one scout, enter discount code "2scouts" for a 15% discount. If you are registering a second-year (fifth-grade) Webelos, make sure to choose the Webelos 2 "ticket" for that scout.

IMPORTANT: The BSA is still dead-tree-based, so the following steps need to be done offline, either before or after your online registration.

To complete your registration,
1) For new Cub Scouts or transfers from another pack, print and complete a BSA Youth Application (http://scouting.org/filestore/pdf/28-406C.pdf).

2) For all family members who will be participating in outings (e.g. Cub Scouts, parents, siblings), complete and print an Annual Health and Medical Record (http://www.scouting.org/filestore/HealthSafety/pdf/whole.pdf). Only Parts A and C are required. This form is now required once per calendar year. Medical forms will be kept in a confidential file and will be reviewed & carried by a trained adult leader on all outings.
